I am not looking for a hook up, so let's get that out of the way, first! I would love to meet somebody with drive, ambitions, and goals in their life. I am a person who is always on the go, whether I am camping or hiking with my dog, going to concerts, or just exploring new places in town, I love to stay busy. I have the worst sense of direction I have ever seen...seriously, I use GPS to go anywhere, ever. I went to culinary school and majored in baking and patisserie (probably not my smartest move as a Type 1 Diabetic) and worked in that field for quite a while, but now I am managing the camping and water activities department at a store and I feel much more at home there. I have a rescue dog from hurricane Katrina, and she is my best friend in the world. She also can't make fun of me when I'm belting out a good country song in my living room, which happens more frequently than I should admit. I also listen to pop, rap, classical, pretty much anything and everything. Music is a big part of my life, but books and running are my means of escape. My favorite parts of the day are my morning run, when I can clear my mind and find my energy, and right before bed when I can curl up with my pup and a good book. I am a pretty shy person at first, but I have an amazing core group of friends that mean the world to me, and a family that I'm very close to. I've moved around a bit in my life, and I'd like to find a good place to settle for a while.
