I'm lucky in that my work allows me to live my passion exploring beautiful natural areas of the world. I am regularly doing field work in the Texas hill country, Big Bend, deep east TX, as well as points in between and beyond to far-flung points of the earth. I have many interests including botany, paleontology, geology, herpetology, as well as just getting myself out in total solitude off the beaten path, day hiking or backpacking/kayaking. It would be even more enjoyable to find someone to enjoy these wonderful areas with! Let's go exploring!
