What should you know about me?
I am a very young 59 (will be 60 in April). I have been told I don't look my age and that I certainly don't act it.
Enjoying nature and the outdoors on foot, not from a car window, is what keeps me going.
I love animals.
My friends say I am loving, fun, trustworthy, easy to get along with, and easy going.
A good home cooked meal with a good bottle of wine are almost as good as sharing a campfire with good friends. Both make for a wonderful evening.
The activities I enjoy most are photography, hiking, bicycling, backpacking, camping, and golf. I'm always taking pictures.
What would I like about you?
If I could make a wish list of things I look for in a person, it would include:
-Honesty and communication to the point that you are willing to say things you may not want to say and willing to hear things you may not want to hear.
-Being a loving person.
-Having respect for all of God's creatures whether they walk, fly, swim, slither, or crawl.
-Easy to get along with, easy going.
-Compassionate AND passionate.
-Loves nature and enjoys being in the outdoors.
-Would not mind being a snowbird. Summers in Yellowstone, winters in Arizona.
-Wouldn't mind working with me to get back into shape to play racquetball and some more backpacking trips.
You do not have to be a George Clooney or Brad Pitt. It doesn't matter if you're missing some hair and have fallen victim to the middle age spread as long as you are genuine, and not afraid to laugh or cry.
Hopefully, we could share our mutual love and respect for the outdoors and try new things together.
